Jenny Ney is a prolific performer and teacher in the New York City area. Praised for her “heroic” and “graceful” playing, she has appeared in a variety of venues including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Radio City Music Hall. She has performed with many notable chamber groups and large ensembles including the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, New York City Ballet, Harrisburg Symphony, Stamford Symphony, Sarasota Orchestra, American Classical Orchestra, West Point Band, and Radio City Orchestra. She can also be seen on multiple Broadway shows and television productions.
Ms. Ney trained in both performance and arts outreach as a fellow of the highly selective Ensemble Connect, a program of Carnegie Hall, the Juilliard School, and the Weill Music Institute in partnership with the NYC Department of Education. Prior to this fellowship she earned a Bachelor’s degree and Performer’s Certificate from the Eastman School of Music and a Master’s degree from the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Julie Landsman.
