The Conference is located on the campus of Brandeis University in air-conditioned, modern, and conveniently located accommodations. Rehearsals and performances take place in the Slosberg Music Center and Spingold Theater Center, and participants are housed in the Village dormitories. Only 25 minutes from Boston, the 235-acre Brandeis campus is located in vibrant, diverse Waltham, Massachusetts. Waltham provides easy access to Boston with its many attractions: restaurants, theaters, and museums in the metropolitan area and beautiful beaches along the coast.

Room and Board
Each participant is housed in a single dormitory room with shared bathroom facilities, arranged by gender. Bed linens and towels are provided. There are comfortable assembly rooms and large living rooms where nightly get-togethers with program participants, faculty and staff are held, creating a collegial and invigorating atmosphere. Everyone lives and works together in the same place. Housing is available at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 26 through Sunday, August 9 at noon. Three meals per-day at the dining hall are included. Dining services can accommodate most dietary issues including vegetarian, gluten-free, and other food allergies.
